The living room received a remodel as well

Framed up a new wall with header for support, ran new electrical, removed paneling and installed drywall.  New windows on both sides 48" x 60", LED low profile ceiling mount and hand blown glass wall sconce for amber ambient light.  Beautiful warm glow, nothing harsh.  Luxury Vinyl Planking running crosswise, gives the room a natural, live edge, rustic feeling.  Easy to maintain and a friend to dirt and  just use a swifter to clean, easy peasy!!!

Ceiling repair and cabinet refinishing

The hallway had a huge wet spot in the ceiling where the Evap Cooler was sitting. We removed the Evap Cooler, repaired the ceiling, walls, installed new washer & dryer hookups, and refinished the cabinets to match the Cognac cabinets in the kitchen.  The light in the hallway is on a motion sensor, so when you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom your not stumbing around to find the light switch.  Very CooL.

double pain windows

The single pane, crank open windows in the living room, kitchen, bath and both bedrooms were replaced by double pane, energy efficient, sliding, and with bug screen.  It made such a difference!!! Opened up the entire space and with the large trees on either side the sun is never too bright or hot.  Perfect lighting for reading or scouting for Kittys!!  JR's favorite spot.

New roof and siding

The front corner had water damage to the point where you could see light coming through into the front bedroom.  We reinsulated and rebuilt that front corner, reinstalled the siding to look brand new!!!!  See inside photos of bedroom remodel. The front entrance was modified to have access to incoming only.  An entire new roof of TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) was applied before the start of construction.
